Reggie's love of entrepreneurship was developed while working for Entrepreneurial Consulting departments of Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young after graduating with a degree in Accounting from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. T hat did not leave when he left to pursue his dream of working in pro sports. Those lessons learned led to the founding of Playbook Expert to share with others how integrate traditional business, branding and sports. He has spent 20 plus years putting these skills into practice.
Having been part of starting and running multiple professional sports teams, notably serving as General Manager of the 2006 Arena Football League's Kansas City Brigade and the IFL's Cedar Rapids River Kings in 2019-20, Reggie knows there are plenty of small details that make or break an organization. How you establish the brand and maintain a consistent culture will impact how the community receives you. Everyone faces this, no matter what the industry. However, in sports this is a vital element for your success.

Booker brings a wealth of personal and professional experience to the Playbook Expert family. A 1993 graduate of The College of William & Mary, Booker was a three year starter at LB for the Tribe. From there, he went on to Wake Forest University School of Law from which he graduated in 1996 and subsequently passed the North Carolina State -Bar exam. By 1997, he found himself working in Kansas City, Mo as an account executive for IMG Football under the tutelage of Tom Condon. While at IMG, he co-negotiated the rookie contracts of Peyton Manning and Grant Wistrom and negotiated the rookie deal for quarterback Charlie Batch. After moving back to the east coast to start a family and create a traditional law practice, Booker transitioned away from the NFL world and focused more on player development, mentoring, marketing and brand development at the high school and collegiate levels. In fact, he nurtured his first two children (girls, Elan and Lili) to Division 1 athlete status and is currently finishing up his second book - "How To Be, Produce and Raise D1 Athletes" His passion is to advocate for the growth and expansion of women's sport, with a specific focus on basketball but ultimately is willing to help anyone with a servant's heart and a desire to become a better version of themself.
As Chief of Staff, Barry is the organizer of the office and primary contact. Barry graduated from the University of Iowa with a bachelor's degree in Communication Studies in 1988 and a masters degree in Journalism and Mass Communications in 1991. He was also a varsity lettermen in Track. During his graduate years in Iowa, Barry worked as a graduate assistant coach for Track and an assistant to the academic advisor for the Men's basketball team featuring former Chicago Bull BJ Armstrong. Barry also worked as a reporter for KXIC-AM/KKRQ FM Cedar Rapids/Iowa City as well as he did sports reports for various networks including CBS. ABC, and Mutual. After graduation, he came home to Chicago to work for the Big Ten Conference as the CD Henry Intern and from there moved to Kansas City to work for the Kansas City Royals as Manager of Community Relations. He then transitioned from sports to the financial world working for Primerica Financial Services and Farmers Insurance. He has also worked for Riojas Enterprises as a project manager for contracts with the Department of Agriculture and the Administration for Children and Families. He has served on many non-profit boards and has for ten years lobbied Congress on behalf of the Brain Anuerysm Foundation.
